Returns & Exchanges

We accept all returns for any reason. Please send us an email and explain why you are returning your item. The following is a guideline for returns and exchanges:

1. Any item may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
2. If item is returned due to damage in shipping, Nutmeg Designs will refund the cost of the item plus shipping. Contact us for information regarding damaged items.
3. If the wrong item was shipped, Nutmeg Designs will cover the cost of return shipping and reshipping the correct item.
4. Contact us if you are returning or would like to exchange a gift. Gift returns and exchanges are kept confidential.
5. Items being returned must be packed properly in original packaging to ship back to us via U.S. mail to the following address:

   Items must have a copy of the receipt in an envelope affixed to the outside of the package with the words "RETURNED ITEM RECEIPT" written on the envelope.
6. Upon receipt of returned item, a full credit will be issued to your credit card.
